Island Air has an immediate job opening for a Comfort Consultant.

The ideal candidate for this position would be responsible for connecting with homeowners, identifying their comfort needs, and recommending the best HVAC solutions. This is a sales position, and the person we’re looking for should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others improve their home comfort.

Our Comfort Consultants work directly with customers to explain product options, provide estimates, and guide them through the decision-making process. A background in HVAC sales or residential sales is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

This position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Other requirements may include but are not limited to:

• Meeting with customers in their homes to evaluate comfort needs
• Educating customers on HVAC system options and recommending the best solutions
• Preparing and presenting accurate and professional proposals
• Following up with customers and closing sales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Coordinating with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and product education

Qualifications for Comfort Consultant

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree (college degree preferred but not required)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service (HVAC sales a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to help people and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
